Day staff were so pleasant . Wish I could have caught the one girls name , she was so pleasant and so helpful. She was days on both days we stayed! Breakfast was spectacular there for choices and different the next day for the eggs . What a pleasant surprise!! Little shopping area across the street behind the gas station. We'll decorated . Nice lounging pool area. Pool was pretty cold so Noone went but being canadian from the deep freeze , I went and swam lol . We had the air shark wim excursion canceled on us in Jupiter so se enjoyed Here instead a second night before heading to swim with the manatees in Crystal River next .

This was supposed to be an older hotel that was renovated therefore I wasn't sure it would be as nice as it was. The building and lobby were very well kept and clean. As far as I could tell everything looked brand new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. We had some problems with the shower soap, conditioner, and shampoo that was on the wall inside the shower. The front desk was notified and went above and beyond to remedy the situation.

Location very good and safe. Corner room was a bonus because it provided views from 2 sides of the room along with having a soda and king bed. Room was clean and well stocked with coffee and towels. Shower was nice and clean. Pool was outside near the banquet room and kept up very well. Breakfast was so-so. Food was rather bland and processed. However, waitstaff kept the dining area clean and were courteous. Coffee was good and hot.

Douglas

The staff is amazing... Iris at the breakfast is so sweet and super helpful. It makes your day start with a good vibe. The best. Deborah at the front desk, super happy and friendly, a pleasure to deal with. She can get the things done in a minute and also make it enjoyable! We loved our stay, they accommodate every single need in this impressive heat wave ordeal. Loved to be here...

We needed an accessible room that would accommodate 3 people The hotel had an amazing 1 bedroom king suite with a pull out couch. The staff was amazing. Shout out to Carla and Harrie at the front desk and the maintenance man Kardem .The rooms and property were very clean and the pool area was nice and relaxing.
