Day staff were so pleasant . Wish I could have caught the one girls name , she was so pleasant and so helpful. She was days on both days we stayed! Breakfast was spectacular there for choices and different the next day for the eggs . What a pleasant surprise!! Little shopping area across the street behind the gas station. We'll decorated . Nice lounging pool area. Pool was pretty cold so Noone went but being canadian from the deep freeze , I went and swam lol . We had the air shark wim excursion canceled on us in Jupiter so se enjoyed Here instead a second night before heading to swim with the manatees in Crystal River next .

Location very good and safe. Corner room was a bonus because it provided views from 2 sides of the room along with having a soda and king bed. Room was clean and well stocked with coffee and towels. Shower was nice and clean. Pool was outside near the banquet room and kept up very well. Breakfast was so-so. Food was rather bland and processed. However, waitstaff kept the dining area clean and were courteous. Coffee was good and hot.

The staff was so fun and friendly and made our trip even more fun. The hotel room with big and comfortable. The pool was very nice and pretty.

It’s the front girls at the front desk were very nice not stuck up just down to earth and very kind woman I appreciate that. You go into some of these “higher end” hotels & you can sometimes find that the front desk staff to be a little “snooty” if you ask me. Job well done Best Western and the two girls at front desk!!

I love the feel of the property as well as the location. The property is impeccabley clean and the staff is super helpful as well as friendly. I would highly recommend the Palm Beach Gardens Best Western if you are traveling to Palm Beach Gardens or the greater Northern Palm Beach County area.

This place was fantastic for the price! Beds were comfy, pretty close to everything, front desk was very friendly and nice! Room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was nice. The breakfast area was really nice but breakfast was very basic and lackluster compared to the setting.

Apples wrapped is ideal . Hot breakfast items a good selection. Plenty of space in dining area. Bar counter for solo travelers.

We needed an accessible room that would accommodate 3 people The hotel had an amazing 1 bedroom king suite with a pull out couch. The staff was amazing. Shout out to Carla and Harrie at the front desk and the maintenance man Kardem .The rooms and property were very clean and the pool area was nice and relaxing.
