This was supposed to be an older hotel that was renovated therefore I wasn't sure it would be as nice as it was. The building and lobby were very well kept and clean. As far as I could tell everything looked brand new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. We had some problems with the shower soap, conditioner, and shampoo that was on the wall inside the shower. The front desk was notified and went above and beyond to remedy the situation.

The staff is amazing... Iris at the breakfast is so sweet and super helpful. It makes your day start with a good vibe. The best. Deborah at the front desk, super happy and friendly, a pleasure to deal with. She can get the things done in a minute and also make it enjoyable! We loved our stay, they accommodate every single need in this impressive heat wave ordeal. Loved to be here...

Staff was professional and polite. Needed a room on the first floor and staff was able to accommodate. Hotel was clean, lounge was nice, coffee/tea available 24/7, laundry facility available. Location is good for shopping, restaurants, easy drive to the beach.

Breakfast was plentiful and good. The accommodations were fine, but the rooms need updating in the bathrooms and carpets. Beds were comfy.

There were several selections for breakfast. The hot sections varied slightly each day - eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, toast, english muffins, bagels, They always had cold cereal, fruit, yogurt and coffee. Dining area was spacious and clean. Staff was very attentive.

Robert the front desk agent on that night in particular made our stay exceptionally worth it. Very pleasant, informative and made us feel welcome as soon as we got there. Thank you Robert!

The pool and breakfast area is just lovely. There were free towels and a couple sunbeds. Big nice beds. Close to a lot of restaurants.

It's pet friendly but everything is kept clean and nice by the staff. That it's easy to find everything we need. That it's in the area my kids live. We had a health issue and the hotel people worked with us on booking as well as check-out.
